Sony has announced the winners of the eighth annual Sony Alpha Awards for Australia and New Zealand photographers, with over 2900 photographs submitted by professional and amateur photographers.
The Sony Alpha Awards distinguishes itself against most competitors in the photo contest industry in not charging an entry fee.
Sony gear to the retail value of $40,000 was awarded at the 2023 Alpha Awards, including $4000 of Sony gear per category, with the Grand Prize Winner, Lewis Burnett taking away $10,000 worth of Sony camera gear.
