PPA frees up primo content

Professional Photographers of America (PPA), a kind-of US version of the AIPP, has opened up all of its premium online education content to the public for the next two weeks.

A few of the videos available.

Photographers around the world, including in Australia, may now find themselves with plenty of free time at home. The silver lining is it’s an ideal opportunity to brush up on skills, tackle business management, plan future strategies, and everything else. PPA has made over 1100 educational videos available for free, which attempt to guide photographers and small businesses through various challenges.

‘Times are tough – we need to be at our best. More kindness. More patience. More giving.  And we at PPA want to pitch in to make things a little easier. What better way to spend your time at home than preparing your business for when things kick back into high gear?

‘That’s why PPA is opening ALL of our online education to ALL photographers and small business owners worldwide for the next two weeks.

With such a large archive open to the public, there is valuable viewing to be had for all – and not just professional photographers. There are videos about Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), social media strategies, branding, psychology of sales, sales conversions, customer service, and some good ol’ inspirational speaking.

Of course, there are loads of videos geared towards professional photographers. Everything from posing pets, lighting tips and techniques, location scouting, post-processing tutorials and so on.

A free account must be created to access PPA’s content. Click here to check it out.
