Australian photo book manufacturer, Momento, has teamed up with Australian professional photographers to launch an affordable collection of curated calendars and Christmas cards, featuring images of iconic flora and fauna as well as poking a little fun at 2020.

The nine photographers are Momento clients who were selected based on their work having both broad appeal and projects a uniquely Australian look and feel. The 2021 Calendar Collection has images by award-winning aerial landscape photographer, Mieke Boynton; fine art photographer, Pamela Pauline, who captured the beauty of Australian flora and fauna; animal photographer, Peter Sharp of Tame & Wild Studio, whose light-hearted images are coupled with humorous speech bubble graphics; global adventurer photographer, Darran Leal; and commercial photographer, Steve Scalone, who captures the beauty of constructed environments.
The Festive Greeting Card Collection features a series of four cards from five photographers: Sharp, whose sales go to three animal rescue organisations; fine art photographer, Gavin Scott, whose series celebrates Australian wildlife and flora; sibling artists, Daniel and Rosie Moulton, with cards featuring vibrant colours and patterns; nature photographer, John Dallaert, and Covid-friendly cards by photographer, Allison Hernach, which cover topics such as the great toilet paper crises of 2020.

The calendars and cards are available at the Momento Shop, a platform where any Momento client can sell their project at set prices and margin. All sales revenue is remitted to the creator on a quarterly basis.
The calendars are available in regular size ($25) or jumbo ($35), and are printed on premium satin paper, with a gloss cover, and spiral bound. The cards, printed on art or matte stock, are available in a pack of five for an affordable $22.
Momento suggests submitting orders by December 10 to receive the unique and locally made cards in time for Christmas. Alternatively, custom calendars and cards can be created using Momento’s software templates.
