Entries are now open for the prestigious 2019 Head On Photo Awards, with over $60,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs.
The contest, which is open internationally, has four categories – Portrait, Landscape, Mobile, and Student.
All category finalist images will be exhibited in the Head On Photo Festival 2019, with the photos also touring to other corners of the world as arranged by Head On.
Past finalist exhibitions have toured Photoville in New York, Indian Photo Festival, Auckland Festival of Photography in New Zealand, and Pingyao International Photography Festival in China.
The Head On judging panel always includes imaging experts, who use an anonymous judging system which ensures each work is selected solely on its merit, rather than the celebrity of the photographer.
Prizes include $22,500 in cash, Sony a7iii, a6300, Fujifilm XH1, XT3, and much more.
Entry fees are $30 per image, and $1 for students ranging from kindergarten to high school.
