Brands Australia, has announced the appointment of Tony Donnelly to the position of sales and support agent for Western Australia.
Mr Donnelly’s role is to develop the iconic Polaroid brand and ID Station biometric passport system ‘and to take the brand to the next level into the WA market’.
‘Our aim is to bring customers in Western Australia the same experience that has flourished in the eastern seaboard and New Zealand markets,’ said John Rule, managing director, Brands Australia.
‘We’ve worked hard to find the right people to introduce our brands in the market, with a focus on tailoring our sales and marketing efforts to be relevant to the local market.’
He added that the appointment of Mr Donnelly establishes Brands Australia as a truly national presence in the marketplace.
‘We know that with Tony’s experience and reputation in the WA photo channel, he’ll be a great addition to our team,’ added Mr Rule.
Mr Donnelly has operated as a sales agent to the photo industry in Perth for two decades. Prior to that he was with Merseyside Police in the UK.
Brands Australia will offer Polaroid instant cameras in both digital and classic forms; 600/SX 70 instant film for vintage Polaroid cameras; as well as Impossible own-brand hardware; and the class-leading ID Station biometric passport photo system.
Brands Australia is a member of the Biometrics Insitute.
