Kaiser Baas has announced a new A4, 600dpi portable print scanner which writes direct to an SD card without the need for a computer.
The print and document scanner incorporates an LCD panel which allows preview and playback, zoom and rotate controls. Images can be cropped and file formats are JPEG or PDF.
Prints are fed in and scanned in a single pass. An A4 document can be scanned in under 10 seconds at 150dpi while a full-resolution 600 dpi A4 photo scan is just over 30 seconds.
The scanner is compatible with late version Windows and Mac operating systems, and carries an RRP of $199.95.
Weight is just 391g.
